In that capacity, Educontinu will comply with all statutory obligations by which it is bound. By entering into this Agreement, you instruct Educontinu to process the personal data of End Users within the framework of the Service. Any other processing actions will only be executed by Educontinu on your instructions or on the basis of a statutory obligation.
All employees acting under Educontinu’s authority and having access to the personal data will keep the personal data they become aware of in confidence, unless a statutory obligation compels them to disclose such data.
Educontinu will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. These measures will be appropriate, taking into account the state of technology and the costs of their implementation, and will also be aimed at preventing unnecessary gathering and further processing of personal data.

Het gebruik van onze diensten brengt verwerking van persoonsgegevens met zich mee. Educontinu fungeert hierbij als bewerker. In die hoedanigheid zal Educontinu zich houden aan alle op haar rustende wettelijke verplichtingen. Door het aangaan van deze overeenkomst geeft u Educontinu opdracht om de persoonsgegevens van Eindgebruikers te verwerken in het kader van de Dienst. Andere verwerkingen zal Educontinu alleen uitvoeren in uw opdracht of als daartoe een wettelijke verplichting bestaat.
Alle medewerkers die handelen onder het gezag van Educontinu en toegang hebben tot de persoonsgegevens, zullen geheimhouding betrachten ten aanzien van de persoonsgegevens waarvan zij kennis nemen, tenzij een wettelijk voorschrift hen tot mededeling verplicht.
Educontinu zal passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen nemen om de persoonsgegevens te beveiligen tegen verlies of tegen enige vorm van onrechtmatige verwerking. Deze maatregelen zullen passend zijn, rekening houdend met de stand van de techniek en de kosten die ermee gemoeid zijn en zullen er mede op gericht zijn onnodige verzameling en verdere verwerking van persoonsgegevens te voorkomen.
